Job Duties: Design, code, and test real-time trading software systems for global financial markets. Develop security and fraud algorithms for high-volume financial transactions. Apply machine learning to decision problems. Develop server-side trading workflow.

Special Requirements: Expert knowledge of Java; Background in object-oriented programming; Background with data structures, algorithms and software design; Knowledge of MVC frameworks for server and client-side programming (Parsley, Spring, and Google Guice) Background with ORM frameworks (Hibernate); Familiarity with synchronous and asynchronous push/pull RPC architectures; Knowledge of modern machine learning algorithms; and Background in computer security and fraud prevention

Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or closely-related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in software engineering or closely related.
